Every time NBC Action News Chief Meteorologist Gary Lezak gets within 3 degrees of the day’s high temperature, as officially measured at KCI Airport, he will randomly draw one (1) winner from the entries received and place that entry into the monthly television drawing. On the last weekday of each month, depending on the weather, Gary will draw the name of the lucky winner.
