Ranging in age from 18 months (in parent/child workouts) to adults who want to test their skills while bouncing away tension, Integrity Gymnastics focuses on what you CAN do and builds from there.
More than 600 gymnasts call these mats, beams and bars their exercise home.
Of course, many of the young athletes on hand (and foot) early on this Monday morning were working toward their gold medal dreams but that is not the only pathway toward better health.
Much of what happens here has to do with teamwork, learning to listen, and applying instruction.
It is also a matter of balance…not just on the beam…but in one’s life.
