UPDATE AT 6:06 a.m.| - Capt. Tye Grant, KCMO Police Spokesman, tells 41 Action News a car pulled up to the house, the occupants got out and fought with at least two people who live at the house.
One occupant of the house was shot and killed.
A second person suffered minor injuries from the fight.
There were several people in the house at the time of the murder, including an 18-month-old girl.
No one in the house was hurt.

Police have not released the identity of the victim at this time.

According to reports, one person is dead after a shooting on Blue Ridge Blvd. in Kansas City, Mo.
According to police, officers responded to reports of shots fired just before 4:00 a.m. in the 8100 block of Blue Ridge Blvd.
Upon arrival, officers found two victims. One victim was declared dead at the scene. The other victim was transported to an area hospital.
Police are investigating the case.
