One person has died from their injuries after being shot near 56th and Hardesty in Kansas City, Missouri.
Police were called to 5603 Hardesty Avenue around 11:20 a.m. Sunday following reports of shots being fired.
Upon arrival, officers located a male in his 20s with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to the hospital where he later died.
The victim has been identified as Torrence Evans, 25.
Authorities say a suspected vehicle linked to the crime was a black Chevrolet Equinox with a black male driver.
