A second man has been charged in the kidnapping of 19-year-old Cristian Escutia in Kansas City, Kansas.
Escutia was last seen April 5 when a witness said he saw him being forced into a vehicle.

Juan D. Osirio, 24, has been charged with kidnapping, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest by fleeing and armed criminal action.
According to the probable cause statement, Marco Sosa-Perea, who is also charged in Escutia kidnapping, told police that he was asked to drive Osirio and another man around in exchange for gas. Sosa-Perea said that he was told to drive to Escutia's home, where he witnessed Osirio and the second suspect force Escutia into his vehicle at gunpoint.
Another witness told police that Osirio asked her to set up a meeting with Escutia to buy drugs at the location he was taken from.
Sosa-Perea claims that he was asked to drive around and was told to stop at a park in KCK. He said Osirio and the second suspect got out of the car with Escutia. Sosa-Perea claims he heard two gunshots and then Osirio and the other man returned to the car.
According to the probable cause statement, a man was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound in a park in Wyandotte County. The statement didn't specify which park and the body has yet to be identified.
