Two Kansas City, Kansas men are charged with the beating of an 82-year-old priest.
Ladarious Barkers, 19, and Marvin Moore, 20, were both charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, burglary and theft.
On Oct. 21, Father Thomas Kearns says he was beaten and his car was stolen at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Kansas City, Kansas.
The men are also charged with aggravated robbery in another incident, of which involved another pastor on Oct. 28 near 47th and Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas.
Barkers is also facing another charge for aggravated robbery.
Both men are in Wyandotte County Jail on a $300,000 bond.
EDITOR's NOTE: A press release from Wyandotte County prosecutors initially said Moore and Barkers both face three charges of aggravated robbery. The office later said only Barkers faces three charges of aggravated battery. Moore is only charged in the incidents involving the clergymen. The story has been updated.
