KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A building collapsed Wednesday morning in Polo, Missouri.
41 Action News viewers shared photos of the collapse.
According to a viewer, the building is located across from the Red Rooster Inn.
Polo officials aid it collapsed at 5:20 a.m. due to rain and wind.
The building was vacant and had been standing on the main street of town since the 1890s. The building will now have to be torn down.
Highways 116 and 113 were closed because of the collapse location.
Polo is about an hour northeast of Kansas City.
