KANSAS CITY, Kan. — An elderly woman died in an early-morning house fire in the 3200 block of North 27th Street Saturday morning in Kansas City, Kansas.
Fire crews reported a single-family home was fully engulfed in flames after arriving around 7 a.m.
The unidentified woman was found dead inside the home after an initial search.
Three other family members were not at home at the time of the fire.
