As multiple suppliers for the Rhythm 'N Balloons festival wait for their paychecks, a former employee of Robbie and Steve Small told 41 Action News she dealt with a similar situation when she worked for Builder's Publishing Company Inc.
The woman, who wants to remain anonymous, filed a class action lawsuit against Robbie and Steve Small in 2008.
The lawsuit claims she and other employees were not paid in the last several weeks when working at Builder's Publishing Company Inc.
