A house fire broke out at 18th and Lister in Kansas City early Monday morning.
Four adults climbed to safety on the porch roof. They broke through a glass window to get out.
No one was hurt and the dogs got out safely.

The back room was burnt badly, but the cause of the fire is unknown.
41 Action News reached out to the property owner for further details, but documents show there was an inspection to reconnect electrical in 2015 and in 2010 a permit for smoke detectors and a new roof.
