KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Crews battled a house fire early Monday morning on 48th Street in Kansas City.
When firefighters got to the home around 2:50 a.m., it was fully involved.
Early on, there were no indications anyone was inside the home when the fire started.
Neighbors said someone does live there and said there was a car in the garage.
The home will likely be a total loss.
Bomb and arson authorities were investigating how and where the fire started.
