KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man was found just blocks from city hall and the police station Saturday morning floating in the fountain at 10th & Locust.
Police were called to the scene just before 9:30 Saturday morning, on a body reported in the fountain.
Officers arrived and put crime scene tape up around the area and began an investigation.
Early indications say drugs may have played a roll.
