UPDATE - Police have identified the victim as Carey K. Travis, 49, of Raymore.
One person was killed in an overnight crash on I-70 & I-435.
The Kansas City Police Department responded to the crash on eastbound I-70 just after 12:30 Saturday morning.
Police say a blue Acura overheated and the driver was pushing the vehicle from the open driver's side door when he was hit by a white Lincoln.
The driver of the Acura, a 49-year-old Raymore man, was killed at the scene. The driver of the Lincoln and the passengers of the Acura were not injured.
