RIVERSIDE, Mo. — Park Hill South High School released students early Friday after a suspicious odor.
Students were moved to the gymnasium Friday morning as crews investigated.
Firefighters tested the air and it was not toxic, but school administrators dismissed class at 11 a.m. as an extra safety measure.
Riverside Fire Chief Fowlston said some students reported feeling sick. They were checked out by EMS at the scene. It was determined they were OK, and the students were released to their parents.
