An arson fire damaged an east Kansas City house early Tuesday morning, according to authorities.
Fire crews found smoke and flames coming from the house at 5616 Highland Ave. when they arrived at about 3:30 a.m.
No one lived in the house, but a witness told 41 Action News the home was under renovation.
There were no reports of injuries.
