PHOTOS: Officer Tom Wagstaff returns home

Independence Officer Tom Wagstaff was shot in the line of duty in March 2017. After months of rehabilitation, he returned home Friday. A police escort brought Wagstaff to the Independence Police Station where citizens and fellow officers welcomed him home.
