KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The 2024 Season of Hope continued Wednesday with KSHB 41 anchor Caitlin Knute at a recently opened Chick-fil-A restaurant in Shawnee.
Caitlin met with Kansas City Royals mascot Sluggerrr to walk through how to donate toys at the Chick-fil-A.
Area Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A Restaurants Haley Freeman also discussed the location's unique setup.
The effort, which is in its fourth year, is a community-wide toy drive benefiting Kansas City metro residents.
