Singer Adam Lambert has a beautiful estate in Hollywood, and now the Los Angeles home is once again on the market for an asking price of $3.35 million. Located just above the Sunset Strip, this Tinseltown gem has amazing views from the main level through a sliding glass wall. The 3,049 square-foot home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The stunning property originally hit the market back in 2017, when it was listed at $3.995 million. In 2019, that price dropped to $3.595 before hitting the current asking price of $3.35 million. The “American Idol” star purchased the home in 2014 for $2.995 million.
Over the past decade, the entertainer has spent much of his life on the road touring with Queen, which may explain why he’s selling the posh pad. Unfortunately, they had to postpone the upcoming European and U.K. legs of his “Rhapsody Tour” with Queen due to the coronavirus pandemic.

It’s tough to see why such a stunning property has been a hard sell. When Emil Hartoonian and Nicholas Siegfried of The Agency took over the listing in 2019, they revamped their marketing strategy to flaunt the home’s highlights.
“The first thing we did was take new photos, with dramatic lighting,” Hartoonian told Realtor.com. “The old photos didn’t show the house to be as glamorous as it truly is. We needed it to look as good online as it does in person.”
The sun-filled, high-end designer kitchen has marble finishes, top-of-the-line appliances and a cozy breakfast setting.
“This is not the most family-friendly house, but it’s perfect for an individual or a couple who is, for example, involved in the entertainment industry, and wants to be close to that, as well as nightlife,” Hartoonian said.
If the new buyer is also a musician, they can take a cue from Lambert’s setup and have a great in-home jam space:

Do you love this home? We don’t blame you!
