Most parents discuss phone safety with their kids several times a week, but experts say blind spots persist. A new survey from Cox Mobile found nearly one in three parents (31%) said their children have been contacted by a stranger on their phone, and 1 in 4 (28%) said the stranger referenced their child’s location.
