They are working to help make Kansas City a kinder place for all individuals. The Mission Project helps enable capable adults with developmental disabilities to live independently and safely in the community with individualized support. Kerry O'Connor from the Mission Project tells us more about the Independence Walk, an upcoming event to help fund the transportation services that will help them get everyone to work.
