Coco Bolos house-made Palomas

We're in the kitchen learning to make a Coco Bolos house-made Paloma! Coco Bolo bartender Sam Burke shows us how to build our own margaritas.

Coco Bolos Paloma 

 Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz. of El Jimador Blanco  
  • 1 oz of agave 
  • 1.5 oz of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice 
  • Ice 

 Instructions:  

  • Pour all ingredients in a shaker 
  • Shake hard 
  • Pour into cocktail glass that either is rimmed with salt, sugar or nothing 
  • Garnish with a lime
