Sam Burke, Bartender at Coco Bolos Woodfired Grill & Cantina helps us celebrate National Margarita Day by showing us how to mix one up at home.
Classic Bolos Margarita
- 2 oz Casamigos Reposado or Blanco
- 2 oz Fresh squeezed Lime Juice
- 1 oz Fresh squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 oz Agave
- 0.25 oz Gran Gala
- 0.25 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
Assemble all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and shake lightly for 15-20 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a freshly cut lime wheel. Serve with a smile. Cheers!

-0.5 oz Del Maguey Crema Mezcal
-1.5 oz Milagro Reposado
-3 dashes Orange Bitters
-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
-Orange rim and peel
Pour ingredients over large ice cube.
