Hereford House Signature Steak Rub
- 1 Cup Kosher Salt
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- ¼ Cup Ground Dried Porcini Mushrooms
- 1/8 Cup Ground Red Chili Flakes
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
