After 25 years in creative design and management with Hallmark Cards, she retired to pursue her lifelong passion for food and entertaining.

Lauren Lane is now a chef, food blogger, recipe developer and focused on all things Italian food. As part of her new gig she: teaches private cooking classes as well as classes at the Culinary Center, works with food brands, travels and develops recipes for her blog. She shares a simple summer recipe featuring grilled vegetables that will soon be featured in a class themed Farm to Table at the Culinary Center.
