Warmer weather is finally starting to pop into the metro and that means spring cocktails and patio weather. Brock Schutle, Bar Director at The Monarch, has a preview of their new spring and summer menu!

1 barspoon KC Canning Co. Strawberry Champagne Jam

.5oz rhubarb-infused Cocci Americano Rosa 

.5oz lemon 

2.0oz sparkling wine 

Garnished with pickled Rhubarb ribbons

2.0oz Infinity Bourbon- (could be a discussion) 

.75oz gold flaked Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge

.5oz lemon 

.5oz house-made grendadine

1 egg white 

.25oz Salted Peychaud's bitters 

1 barspoon Tangerine Agrumato 

Garnished with a scratcher ticket!
