Bah Mee Tom Yum
(Makes 4 servings)
INGREDIENTS
Broth Ingredients:
▪ 15 cups water
▪ 8 pork bones
▪ 6 garlic cloves, smashed
▪ 6 celery stalks
▪ 1 yellow onions
▪ 1 teaspoon salt
▪ 1 teaspoon white peppers
Toppings:
▪ 1 package thin wonton noodles
▪ 1 pound crispy pork belly
▪ 1/2 pound ground pork
▪ 2-4 soft boil eggs
▪ 1 tablespoon fish sauce
▪ 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
▪ 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
▪ 1 tablespoon sugar
▪ 1 tablespoon grounded roasted peanut
▪ 1 tablespoon lime juice
▪ 6 cloves garlic
▪ 3 tablespoons canola oil
▪ A handful of bean sprouts
▪ A handful of cilantro
▪ A handful of chopped green onions
