Reverend Nhien Dougherty, Associate Minister at Unity Temple, has worked in two traditionally male-dominated fields: law & ministry. She felt she lacked the support of role models, that’s why she wants to help women find inner and outward mentors. She explains the need for bringing forth feminine qualities (like collaboration) into positions of power & influence.
