RECIPE: Baja Tacos

BAJA TACOS
Ingredients: 
Tilapia 2oz, Shrimp 5 each, Cilantro 1oz, Red Cabbage 1oz, Creamy Jalapeno 1oz, 2 tortillas.
Procedure:
1.                Dust fish in flour, dip in buttermilk, roll in crushed tortilla chips, then fry until golden brown.
2.                Place 1 ounce of margarine on flat surface, cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.  Sprinkle chicken blend lightly on both sides of shrimp.
3.                Place cabbage and cilantro on each tortilla.
4.                Put 5 shrimp and 2 ounces of fish on each tortilla and top with 1 ounce of creamy jalapeno. 
5.                Wrap half of each taco in foil and serve with green chile rice and refried beans.
