Chicken Relleno:
Chicken 4LBS
Cilantro 2oz
Chicken Blend Seasoning 1TBL
Green Onions, chopped 4oz
Monterrey Jack Cheese, grated 3LBS
Roasted Green Chiles, drained 1 ½ cups
Fill relleno with filling. Cover in flour, dip into buttermilk and then coat again with flour. Then we will fry in deep fryer for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
