Jax Nog Punch
Yields 1 gallon
Ingredients:
2 dozen eggs
1.5 cups sugar
1 qt heavy cream
1 qt whole milk
1 lt bourbon
1 tsp grated cinnamon
1/2 tsp grated all spice
1/2 tsp grated clove
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1 whole nutmeg
Separate eggs by yokes and egg whites. Beat yolks until creamy, then whip in sugar and bourbon. Beat whites. Add the whites to the yolks mixture. Beat cream, then add to mixture. Beat milk, then add to mixture. Mix in spices.
Add freshly grated nutmeg over individual servings just prior to presenting.
