RECIPE: Roasted Mild Salsa

Roasted Mild Salsa
3 Medium Tomatoes
1 Medium Yellow Onion
1-5 Jalapenos
8oz tomato Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Cumin
¼ Tsp Oregano
2 Cans Of Water
Optional:
Cilantro
Lime
Directions:
1.                Rinse all Veggies, Peel Onion and Half
2.                Heat Skillet and Roast Jalapenos, Tomatoes, Onions
3.                Let Roasted Veggies Cool
4.                Blend Tomato Sauce, Garlic, Salt, Cumin, Oregano, Water, Onions & Jalapenos
5.                Add Tomatoes and optional Cilantro, Lime  Juice
6.                Serve Immediately and Enjoy
