White Horse Pub Shepherd's Pie
1IB Ground Lamb
I Cup Small Diced Onion
4 Heads Garlic Minced
Sauté Lamb, Diced Onion, Garlic, Drain Excess Fat
Add Meat Mixture Back in Mix 2Tbs A/P Flour
In a Separate Bowl Combine:
1 1/2 Cups Stock
1 Tbs Beef Base
3 Tbs Tomato Base
3 Tbs Tomato Sauce
2 tsp Ground Rosemary
2 tsp Ground Thyme
Whisk Together Blend in to Meat Mixture
Add
1/2 Cup Diced Peas & Carrots
Simmer Until Thick & Bubbly
Place in Casserole, Top with Mashed Potato, Bake 350 degrees 20 - 30 Minutes
