Peach Frangelico Vinagrette
Ingredients
Peaches, canned, pureed 2 cups
Hellmans Balsamic Vinaigrette 4 cups
Frangelico Liquor 1 cup
1. Puree peaches in Robo Coupe.
2. With Robo Coupe running, add in other ingredients.
3. Label, date and refrigerate.
SHRIMP FRANGELICO SALAD
Heart n Heart Mix 4 wz.
Shrimp, Cooked, Tail Off 5 ea. (21/25)
Bruschetta Tomatoes 2 wz.
Peach Frangelico Vinaigrette 2 fz.
Dried Peaches, Julienne 2 wz.
Hazelnuts, Toasted, Chopped Rough 1 wz.
Asiago, Shredded 1 wz.
1. Toss lettuces, tomatoes, peaches and nuts together with dressing to order.
2. Sauté shrimp to order following standard shrimp sauté procedure.
3. Garnish top of salad with shredded asiago cheese.
