Smoked Burnt End Chili
1lb chopped burnt ends
1 can red kidney beans
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
1 cup spicy BBQ sauce
1 packet chile powder
Mix all ingredients together in a cast iron pot and smoker for 1 hour at 275-300 degrees.
