St. Charles County, Missouri, police say rock 'n' roll visionary Chuck Berry has died at age 90.
A post on the St. Charles County Police Facebook page says officers responded to a medical emergency on Buckner Road in St. Charles County around 12:40 p.m and found an unresponsive man. They were unable to revive the man, who was later identified as Charles Edward Anderson Berry Sr., better known as Chuck Berry. He pronounced dead at 1:26 p.m.
Berry was famous for hits like "Johnny B. Goode" and "Never Can Tell." He's credited as a pioneer of rock 'n' roll, paving the way for bands like The Beatles and The Rolling Stones.
