KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Larkburger announced it will close its two Kansas City-area locations.
In a statement, the company said the restaurants were “underperforming and financially holding us back.”
The Colorado company is undergoing a transition from “Larkburger” to “Lark Spot” and said it needed to close the Kansas City locations along with four others in Colorado to fully pursue the endeavor.
The company said it wishes the best for all team members affected.
Eight locations in Colorado will remain open.
