A diverse group of photographers is using Instagram to show off Kansas City.
If you use Instagram, look up @IGKansas City. You will find some great pictures of the city, its architecture and its people.

"We have different eyes and showing people through social media is a great way for people to go out and explore and see Kansas City and how beautiful it is," said Carmen Lam, a Kansas City native who is part of the Instagram group.
The group has more than 16,000 followers, and it's made up of professional and budding photographers. Many of the photographers often go out and meet up to take photographs of the city and get to know each other.
"It's just cool to see a whole bunch of people from Kansas City come together, not argue and have a good time throughout the day," said Austin Hill, who grew up in the region.
On Sunday morning IGKansas City is meeting up in Parkville at 3 p.m. to take pictures of that area.
