Where else have you worked?
I was a morning live reporter and fill-in anchor at KSHL/KNVN-TV Action News Now in Chico, California. I also was a weekend anchor and reporter at KEVN-TV Black Hills FOX News in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Southeast Missouri State University
What are you most proud of when it comes to your work?
I think I’m most proud of being able to tell the stories of so many different people from all walks of life. I’ve been able to do everything from hard news, to more entertainment style news and doing so, I’ve been able to meet so many different people and share their stories and hopefully make a difference.
What are you most proud of in your own life?
I think what I am most proud of is making myself move all over the country to follow my dreams of being a news reporter. Doing so alone is not easy, but I’ve made lifelong friends everywhere I’ve been and have enjoyed the journey and every experience. No regrets!
What do you love about living in the KC area?
The barbecue, the sports, the history, the culture and the people! Kansas City is my hometown, born and raised, and I’m so excited to be back and experience the city as an adult now. I think it’s so great to see the positivity surrounding the city right now. Over the last few years, the city has been booming. Kansas City is back on the map and it’s a great time to be back and experience it all over again.
What are your favorite local hangouts/places, sports & cultural institutions?
GO Royals, Chiefs and KSU Wildcats!
The Negro Leagues Museum is one of my favorite historical spots in town. I suggest anyone visiting the area to check it out!
I love to work out and be active. I grew up with brothers and love to play sports. I also love going to the movies and seeing what’s new. I enjoy checking out the farmer’s market on the weekends, attending any concerts happening in KC, trying new restaurants and spending time with my friends and family since I’m finally back in my hometown!
I’m always looking for new places to go and experience! Since I haven’t been living in KC for about 5 years now, I’m not sure what the local hot spots are!
