KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs are playing their third home game on Sunday, against the Las Vegas Raiders. Fans who were out tailgating early said they are just happy to have football during this uncertain time.

Several fans told 41 Action News they like how they are spaced out from one another while in the parking lot because it gives them some extra room.

And when it comes to inside Arrowhead stadium, safety measures are in place to keep people safe when it comes to COVID-19. Extra cleaning is in place, masks must be worn at all times, and fans will be seated into separate pods to allow for appropriate social distancing.

Barring any schedule changes around the league due to COVID-19, the Chiefs will take on the Buffalo Bills on Thursday.
