Chiefs staffer tests positive for COVID-19

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Chiefs announced Thursday morning that a staff member has tested positive for COVID-19.

In a statement on their website, the team said the individual is now in quarantine and the team is conducting contact tracing.

The team plans to move forward with scheduled practices.

The team’s game Sunday against the Carolina Panthers remains scheduled for a noon kickoff.
