KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Meadow View Health and Rehabilitation in Harrisonville reported three additional cases of COVID-19 Friday and one additional death from the virus.
The facility reported two residents and one employee tested positive within the last day.
An 89-year-old man who was a resident in hospice died from the virus at the facility.
A total of 16 residents and four employees have now tested positive for the virus at the facility. Four people have died.
According to officials, test results for five other residents are pending.
