KANSAS CITY, Mo. — As restaurants transition their services to curbside and delivery options during the coronavirus pandemic, one local establishment cooked up wings by the thousands.
Jack Stack Barbecue smoked between 39,000 and 40,000 wings for to-go orders on Saturday alone.
The restaurant announced a weekend special on social media that includes “20 fire-kissed wings.”
Additionally, 41 Action News has encouraged residents to take part in #TakeoutTuesday, an initiative intended to support local businesses during the pandemic and the stay-at-home orders that have been issued throughout the metro.
