KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Johnson County Courthouse employee has tested positive for COVID-19, the Johnson County District Attorney's Office confirmed Wednesday morning.

Some staff continues to work inside the Johnson County Courthouse in Olathe and Johnson County District Court remains operations, though it went to 100% remote hearings last week.

The employee who tested positive was removed from the courthouse and quarantined, along with any staff who were in close proximity, and the courthouse was cleaned and sanitized.
