KANSAS CITY, Mo. — If you're looking for something fun to do while supporting local businesses, you may want to check out virtual live Bunker Bingo.

KC Crew hosts the virtual events three days a week: Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

Bingo packets cost $5 and come with six bingo cards.

Whoever is the first to respond bingo, with the correct numbers, wins gift cards to local businesses.

KC Crew founder, Luke Wade said it's a way for people to have a great time and support local businesses across the metro during the COVID-19 pandemic..

"That’s the whole concept the whole time is really just helping everybody," Wade said. "And when we did this, it was like, how do we do that. So it was like, reach out to some of the restaurants that we already work with, see if they’ll sell us gift cards at a discount that we can offer and promote."

Wade said it's just part of the organization's core values.

"So when we come up with anything, it's like how do we help people at the same time," he said.

The next bingo event is Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. To learn more about how to sign up, click here.
