KANSAS CITY, Mo. — If you’re looking for a simple way to switch up your quarantine routine this week, the Kansas City, Missouri, Parks and Recreation Department may have the answer.
The department is hosting a virtual spirit week Monday through Friday.

Participants are encouraged to do a different activity each day, including getting active, meditating, cooking and wearing their favorite Kansas City sports gear.
