KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly will address the state Thursday night as officials work to detail a plan to start reopening the economy.
A release from the governor’s office indicates Kelly will speak to her administration's plan to reopen Kansas.
The state’s stay-at-home order is set to expire May 3.
Kelly’s speech is set for 6:30 p.m., and will be available on 41 Action News streaming platforms as well KSHB-TV.
