KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly is providing an update on COVID-19 operations in the state.
At her briefing last week, Kelly announced a statewide mask protocol.
Counties had until today either adopt Kelly's mandate, create their own according to the community's needs, or opt out entirely.
