KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Missouri Gov. Mike Parson will address on Wednesday hospital capacity throughout the state.
He will be joined by Herb Kuhn, Missouri Hospital Association president and CEO.
Officials at Kansas City area hospitals recently said their facilities are weeks away from reaching capacity.
Kansas City metro hospitals began reporting in October that they were near capacity due to COVID-19 cases.
