KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Boardwalk Branch of the Mid-Continent Public Library reopened Tuesday after temporarily closing last week due to possible COVID-19 exposure.
The branch, located at 8656 N. Ambassador Dr. in Kansas City, Missouri, closed June 23 after a customer who visited the library tested positive for the virus.
MCPL said the branch underwent a professional deep cleaning and will resume limited services this week.
Only curbside services will be offered at the Boardwalk Branch during the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday - Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The branch will be closed Saturday for the Fourth of July holiday.
