We see you looking for new ways to help people in our community. 41 Action News is proud to be joining forces with many other Kansas City TV and radio stations for One KC: A Digital Day of Giving. Thursday, April 16, if you are able, please join us by donating to the Kansas City Regional COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund, which provides housing assistance, food, medical help and other critical human services.
Making a donation is easy and you can donate here. All major credit cards will be accepted. Every dollar donated will stay in the greater Kansas City area to help people in our community.
The Hall Family Foundation and the Sunderland Foundation will match every dollar donated to this fund, up to $1 million. There are many who are in need help right now. If you need help now call 211 or go to 211kc.org to find out how to get assistance.
The need right now is great. Any amount that you are able to contribute will go a long way to help our friends and neighbors who have been impacted by job loss, and other circumstances due to Covid 19. 41 Action News appreciates your support.
